- One Hour Parties is a national network of franchisees and proudly offers service in most metropolitan markets. To learn more about our Franchise program please click on the Franchise section at the bottom of the site.
- Ordering
- Our fully functional Web site with shopping cart feature allows you to efficiently place your order online. All details concerning your order such as services ordered, party start time, date of party, delivery address, contact information, delivery fee, tax and order total are detailed in your order confirmation. All products and services are based on availability at the time of order.
- Payment & Promotions
- One Hour Parties accepts credit card payment (Visa, MasterCard and American Express) and corporate checks. Order minimum is $70.00 per delivery (not including delivery fee or tax). We will charge your credit card up to 72 business hours in advance of your party delivery date.
- Promotional offers are occasionally distributed through our email newsletter program. Be sure to sign up to receive our “Party Times” Newsletter on the main page to be included in these offers.
- Down Payment
- A down payment may be required on orders of $800.00 or more. This down payment will be charged prior to delivery of your party and may occur on the day that the order is placed.
- Cancellation Policy
- Cancel or reduce your order 72 business hours prior to the event date to avoid a penalty.
- Updating Account Information
- Updates to your account information can be managed in the “My Account” section of the site.
- Party Delivery & Set Up
- A delivery fee of $14 will be automatically added to each order placed online. If the order includes buffet items (from our Catered Parties section) a delivery fee of $36.00 will be added to each order placed online. Large orders, large party equipment or rentals may require an additional delivery fee and will be communicated prior to proceeding with payment for those products or services.
- All of our parties are set up by a party rep on your behalf (in the area you designate), at no additional charge. That’s right, set up is free! Our party reps will arrive for delivery and set up 15–60 minutes prior to your party start time, unless other arrangements have been communicated.
- Most of our parties are designed as “self serve” parties. If you need additional party set up, serving staff, or clean up services we can handle that too! Add our “PartyStaff” service to your next order. You can find this service in the “Add On’s” section of our site.
- Shipping
- One Hour Parties can ship some of our products directly to you – anywhere in the United States. Contact customer service for more information.
- Customer Satisfaction
- Your satisfaction is paramount to us. If for some reason you are not satisfied by your customer service experience, products or services let us know immediately. We will do our very best to correct any negative situation presented. We honor and respect all feedback so keep us in the loop, it’s greatly appreciated.
- Privacy & Security
- You may browse the One Hour Parties Web site without revealing any personal information. However, One Hour Parties will request certain information if you wish to purchase our services, register for an account or receive our One Hour Parties newsletter.
- This information may include your personal contact information and/or your company contact information. One Hour Parties will need this information to reply to your inquiries, to provide you with requested services, to manage your account, and to contact you regarding new products and services.
- By accessing the services of One Hour Parties and voluntarily providing us with the requested information, you consent to the collection and use of the information in accordance with our privacy policy. We will not share this information with any third parties. One Hour Parties automatically receives and records non-personal information on our server logs from your browser including your IP address, cookie information and the page you requested. One Hour Parties may use this information to customize the advertising and content you see and to fulfill your requests for certain products and services. However, One Hour Parties does not connect this non-personal data to any personal information collected from you.
- One Hour Parties has been and continues to be extremely diligent in the areas of privacy and security issues. We use industry-standard SSL-encryption to protect data transmissions and also safeguard your personal information from unauthorized access, through access control procedures, network firewalls and physical security measures.
- One Hour Parties may at any time, without notice to you and in its sole discretion, amend policies. Please review this section periodically. Your continued use of One Hour Parties after any such amendments signifies your acceptance thereof.
